You usually sit in a circle to drink it. Before and after you drink, you clap your hands three times.
People here like it a lot and Richard joined in too. I am a bit too small to drink it but I was allowed to try a little bit and it tasted very bitter.
I asked why we need to clap and Ev said it's a tradition.
