Try this game with a friend. Draw these shapes on a piece of paper or on the ground. This is how Maori did it. Then you put 4 counters on 1 to 4 and your opponent puts 4 counters on 5 to 8. Then you take it in turns to move your counters. For the first two moves you can only move counters 1 or 4 and your opponent can only move 5 or 8. You can only move a counter to the centre or a circle next to where it was. The game ends when someone cannot move a counter and the other person is the winner. Try it and have fun.
